The Directors of CTC consider an important part of their responsibilities the provision of clear, reliable and timely information to the Shareholders and the adoption of the provisions of the requirements of the Corporate Governance Code.

The Board of Directors appointed Messrs Demetris Demetriou and George Louca as the Company’s Shareholder Liaison Officers.

The Board of Directors also appointed Mr Stephos Stephanides, an Independent Non-Executive Director, as Senior Independent Director, who is available to listen to shareholders’ concerns, whose concerns have not been resolved through the normal communication channels of the Company.
